This course will help you learn the tricks of the trade and make you adept in running a successful fashion label. The program aims to hone the entrepreneurial skills of students who aspire to own and run a successful fashion business.

• Business structure • Starting a business venture • Running a fashion business in practice • Business plan • Product and image development • Understanding the fashion year plan • Designing and sampling a collection • Sourcing fabrics • Working with manufacturers • Costing and pricing • How to sell a fashion collection • Marketing and promotion.
DESIGN FOR INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
At the intermediate level the students enrolling in this program should have a minimum relevant work experience in the fashion industry. The student must be able to understand the fundamental concepts of running and executing a business, and should be armed with a self designed business proposal.
• Acquire a critical and creative approach combining them with an entrepreneurial vision in business logic • Demonstrate systematic understanding of the fashion product and development management process • Manage all technical, technological, organizational and economic issues related to the production process • Develop innovative marketing ideas.
